Flagship Apparel is Hiring a Retail Sales Associate Near Duluth, MN
Started in 2018, Duluth Screen Printing Co. opened Flagship Apparel. Located in beautiful and energetic Canal Park, Flagship embodies the Twin Ports through locally printed and designed apparel.
We are looking to hire a retail sales associate to join our small team at Flagship. This position requires someone with exceptional customer service skills and a love of the Duluth area and lifestyle. We are looking for 1-2 candidates to work part-time from June to August.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Be able to provide exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to learn and work with our team.
- Weekend availability a must.
- Ability to stand on feet for a 6-8 hour shift.
Position Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in their purchases.
- Learn the details surrounding our apparel / designers.
- Check-in new apparel, tag, organize, and display.
- Aid in store cleanliness and daily tasks.
- Opening and closing the store.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
Shift:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
